Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Day in the Life

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
• Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's and ensuring they are back in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
