Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant on our Answer Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, demonstrating your ability to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication
  • Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively, efficiently, and with empathy

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • The capability to develop technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • A strong client-facing orientation, with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a deep understanding of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, with a focus on ensuring that our clients are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
