Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour
- Performance reviews and wage increases based on performance and attendance
- $250 Stay Bonus for new hires who complete 90 days of employment, meet attendance requirements, and show improvement in quality assurance scores
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: earn $100 per month as a Full-time employee or $50 per month as a Part-time employee for working 100% of your scheduled hours

Remote Onboarding, Training, and Work
* All training is conducted remotely and typically takes 2-3 weeks
- We provide all the equipment you'll need to work remotely, including a laptop, second monitor, headset, and mouse
