We are seeking a Research & Writing Attorney who is licensed to practice in Oklahoma with exceptional analytical and writing skills to shape the voice behind our motions, briefs, and appellate work. Your work will be central to our litigation strategy and will directly support the clients we serve. This position may be hybrid or fully remote, with an active Oklahoma Bar license required. Compensation

  • $100,000 - $150,000 (dependent upon experience).
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.

Compensation: $ 100,000 - $150,000 yearly dependent upon experience Responsibilities: Your Role As our Research & Writing Attorney, you will:

  • Conduct high-level legal research across diverse areas such as personal injury, bad faith litigation, and civil sexual assault.
  • Draft compelling motions, briefs, and memoranda with precision and creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior litigators on strategy, argument development, and narrative framing.
  • Analyze legal precedent, statutes, and complex procedural rules to craft airtight legal support.
  • Assist in preparing key trial materials and appellate submissions that reflect clarity, compassion, and strength.

Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to the Oklahoma Bar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation appellate work or clerking. Experience 10+ years preferred.
  • Outstanding research and writing skills, with samples that reflect persuasive legal storytelling.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a sharp legal mind.
  • A passion for justice and a desire to use your legal talents for good.
  • Self-starter with emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and admitted in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
