The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex.
Responsibilities
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
- Helping clients set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
- Assisting clients with setting up their E-Commerce platforms and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong technical skills, with experience working with E-Commerce platforms and technical software
- Ability to work a night and weekend shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
