Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in the drive-thru, dining room, and through other interactions with customers
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assembling orders, delivering food to customers, and maintaining a clean and organized dining room and kitchen area
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our menu, promotions, and services to provide informed and enthusiastic recommendations to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a willingness to adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
