Key Responsibilities:
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by utilizing your knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.
- Utilize expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly and document all interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate tracking of patient interactions.
- Empathetically address patient concerns, identify areas of need, and escalate appropriately to ensure patients receive the best possible advice and support.
- Collaborate with your team to provide seamless support and ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
- 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
* College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus
- Medical Terminology training
- Pharmacy or Benefits training
