Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team, working from home to input data accurately and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data into our system with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Maintaining a stable internet connection and utilizing a phone device, laptop, or computer to complete tasks
  • Focusing on tasks without being distracted, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines
  • Communicating with clients via email as needed
  • Demonstrating proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Possessing strong written and spoken English language skills

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system, meeting productivity and quality standards

  • Communication: Respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Focus and Productivity: Maintain a distraction-free work environment, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines
  • Technical Skills: Utilize a phone device, laptop, or computer to complete tasks, demonstrating proficiency in basic PC skills
  • Language Skills: Possess strong written and spoken English language skills, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* Age: 16 years or older

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or similar roles
  • Skills: Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Language: Strong written and spoken English language skills
