Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries.
  • Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and mobile app.
  • Resolving issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
