Job Functions

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our guests and travel agents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
• Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests
• Handling all general questions or inquiries with a smile and a solution

Pay and Benefits

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, with opportunities to earn up to $400 extra per month by meeting performance goals. Plus, you'll be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

Shift Requirements

To ensure we're providing exceptional service to our guests 24/7, we require our Customer Service Representatives to be available to work a variety of shifts, including:

• AM Shift: 4:00am - 4:30pm (8 hours within window)
• MID Shift: 8:30am - 8:30pm (8 hours within window)
• PM Shift: 12:30pm - Midnight (8 hours within window)

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in computer software and technology
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
