Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at our Eagle County Regional Airport location, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless rental experiences, from initial contact to vehicle return. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Providing directions and general assistance
  • Assisting to assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return
  • Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
  • Effectively marketing the company while picking up customers and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner
  • Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
  • Selling optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
  • Notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance
  • Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or operating washing equipment when needed
  • Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, running miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and processing customer billing

Available Schedule

Our Customer Service Representative role is available on a full-time basis, with the following schedule:

  • Monday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: OFF
  • Sunday: OFF

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working late nights is preferred
