You'll be the internal advocate for our customers and partners, listening to their feedback, and helping us improve our services and operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality service and support to our customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
  • Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by our customers and partners
  • Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
