Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Business Development and Operations

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our corporate travel management organization, you will be responsible for providing informed leadership and strategic guidance to drive business growth and revenue. With minimal supervision, you will exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations with Travel Management Company (TMC) accounts, with a focus on delivering the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual commercial centers.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as an informed authority for TMC business for arenaflex, exercising significant judgment to drive steady revenue growth.

  • Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel valuable learning experiences for arenaflex.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements.
  • Analyze income, limits, and agreement execution to ensure objective consistency and profit.
  • Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex.
  • Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development groups.
  • Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, planning arrangements, and coordination with pricing.
  • Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management group to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement.
  • Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
  • Monitor income, commissions, and agreement execution to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
  • Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
  • Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and leverages its position in the market.

Work Experience, Education, and Skills

* Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Preferred:

+ Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with other teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs.
