Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Live Chat Customer Support Representative to join our remote team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time hire. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information to create a positive customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and address customer concerns and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure customer satisfaction and support performance

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid U.S. work authorization
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
