Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with gathering accurate information and facilitating connections with interpreters
  • Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a highly satisfying experience for every caller
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
  • Strong language skills (not required, but a plus)
