The Opportunity
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to work from home and interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone. Key Responsibilities

- Work independently from home with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and phone systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
