Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Eclinical Works Medical Billing Team Member to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for data entry, scrubbing, denials, and rejections, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into Eclinical Works, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.

• Scrubbing: Review and correct patient data to ensure accuracy and completeness, reducing the risk of denials and rejections.
• Denials and Rejections: Investigate and resolve denied and rejected claims, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing lost revenue.
• Communication: Collaborate with insurance provider representatives to resolve issues and navigate their websites.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiently use Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion to manage patient data and billing processes.
• Coding Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of coding systems, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in medical billing, with a focus on data entry, scrubbing, denials, and rejections.

• 1+ year of experience with Eclinical Works, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in AR (accounts receivable) and medical billing.

• Strong knowledge of coding systems, including ICD-10 and CPT.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS).
• Certification in medical billing, such as CPC or CMC.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
