Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, and provide timely and professional responses to all written communication. You will also be responsible for updating records with current demographic and contact information, accurately notating all interactions, and adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs

  • Ability to use telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
  • Provide timely and professional response to all written communication
  • Properly utilize CRM system for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
  • Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content
  • Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Adhere to the client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

Our training program includes both classroom and on-the-job training, and you will have the opportunity to work with experienced customer service representatives who will guide and support you throughout your training.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (Required)

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
