Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing precise information regarding our products and services
  • Scheduling appointments by narrowing down on customer needs and preferences
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients receive valuable insights into their customer base
  • Summarizing customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for our clients, providing a seamless and personalized experience

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with customers
