Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience required - we're happy to train the right candidate!

  • Ability to work within recognized turnaround times and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional social skills and ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to translate and use company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work both individually and within a group environment
  • Ability to stay organized, follow guidelines, and multi-task in a professional and effective manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (although not required, it's a plus!)

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
