About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to provide top-tier service to our customers during night and weekend shifts. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Answering emails, live chats, and phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries
  • Assisting customers with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their ecommerce platforms
  • Providing product information, order status updates, and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs, asking questions to clarify concerns, and providing personalized solutions

Requirements and Qualifications
