Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Care: Provide top-notch support to clients, assessing their needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Managing Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries.
  • Learning and Following Procedures: Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product information and industry developments.
  • Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Upselling and Scheduling: Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.

Requirements

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Active Listening and Problem-Solving: Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to listen attentively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns.
