Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, navigating a variety of calls, from routine inquiries to more complex situations. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer care, responding to a wide range of calls, from routine inquiries to more complex situations
- Work in a fast-paced environment, navigating a variety of calls, including those with high emotional intensity
- Develop strong relationships with patients and families, building trust and confidence in our services
- Enhance your customer care skills through ongoing training and support
- Collaborate with our clinicians to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our services
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays, paid at time ½)
- Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with telehealth services and patient-centered care
