Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, navigating a variety of calls, from routine inquiries to more complex situations. Your exceptional customer service skills, empathy, and professionalism will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians

  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to a wide range of calls, from routine inquiries to more complex situations
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, navigating a variety of calls, including those with high emotional intensity
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and families, building trust and confidence in our services
  • Enhance your customer care skills through ongoing training and support
  • Collaborate with our clinicians to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our services

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays, paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with telehealth services and patient-centered care

* Work-from-home (remote position) after a two-week orientation/training in our Gilbert training center
