Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote arenaflex's products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Building and developing customer relationships within the community to drive business growth and promote arenaflex's products.
  • Collaborating with the State Farm Agent team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Providing timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
  • Making presentations to potential customers to promote arenaflex's products and services.
  • Effectively relating to customers and providing exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
