Product Specialist, Oncology (Sardegna, Abruzzo & Umbria)

We have an established, high-performing Oncology sales team in Italy covering multiple indications. On the back of continued success, we’re expanding the group and looking for a Sales Specialist II / KAM to join the team. In this role, you’ll lead customer engagement across your territory, meeting Healthcare Professionals and representing Regeneron Oncology at key meetings. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the local healthcare economy, tailoring each conversation to the account and stakeholder. You’ll own account planning end-to-end, partnering closely with the Cross-Functional Team, with clear scope to grow your territory. A TYPICAL DAY:

  • Meet HCPs to discuss product science and brand messaging
  • Keep indication knowledge current and apply agreed sales plans consistently
  • Communicate brand value proposition through clear, compliant key messages
  • Build and manage account plans using insights and key data sources
  • Target and segment accounts in line with regional and country guidance
  • Partner with the Cross-Functional Team (Medical, Marketing, Access) to respond to HCP needs
  • Use face-to-face, remote, and digital channels to increase share of voice
  • Share progress against tactical plans with your manager and the cross-functional team

  • You understand territory dynamics by gathering insights (barriers, opportunities) to deliver effective, timely tactical plans.
  • You build durable relationships with stakeholders by listening well, tailoring your approach, and following through.
  • You work well with the Cross-Functional Team, aligning on plans and sharing learning quickly.

To be considered, you will have a Bachelor’s degree (or recognised equivalent for sales professionals) and at least five years’ experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, including oncology. You will be qualified under the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice (for example, EFPIA and applicable local codes and regulations) and be fluent in Italian, with frequent travel as part of the role. You’ll be confident using data, multiple systems, and CRM tools, with the technical aptitude to deliver disease and concept selling and present effectively to different audiences.
