We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Technician to join our remote Customs Brokerage team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our operating system, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understanding and identifying customs documentation
- Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Providing excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
- Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
- A desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
