Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping us achieve our mission of making health insurance enrollment simple. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Providing technical support and managing customer accounts to ensure seamless interactions
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulated guidelines
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's internal systems

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • A high level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly valued. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also desirable.

Compensation Details

* Base pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish bilingual base pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish bilingual enhanced rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
