  • Resolve issues or escalate to relevant departments when necessary, maintaining a high standard of service that reflects arenaflex's commitment to customer care.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve customer experiences and processes, participating in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's services and policies.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
