Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
  • Utilizing internal resources and systems to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Bilingual language skills (in some locations).
  • A valid driver's license (as required by local authorities).
  • The ability to pass FAA background checks (if applicable).
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and/or fingerprinting (as required by the company and safety regulations).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System.
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal teams.
