Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently.
- Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless escalation of complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Schedule
Our part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule that fits around your life, with the following hours:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills, with a customer-first mindset that prioritizes empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
- Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home, as well as a quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required. We are committed to providing paid training to ensure your success.
