Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating events

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee data, financial reports, and security documents
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and management
  • Assist with timekeeping, data entry, and data analysis

What You'll Need:
