Job Summary

We're looking for two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of your work
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team and company

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work closely with our overseas admin team
  • Ability to manage yourself and work independently with minimal supervision

* Previous customer support experience in a remote or online environment

  • Experience working with modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
