Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Administration Professional to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and processing
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administration

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data discrepancies

* Experience with data management software and systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Certification in data entry or administrative assistant roles (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant, Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
