Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
