Labcorp’s National Sales Enablement team is in search of a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to conduct commercial administration and analytics for our Diagnostics sales teams. This individual will be part of a team that provides insights and tools to help sales teams optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities.This position is remote friendly within the United States. Preference will be given to candidates who are within commuting distance of our Durham, NC location and are open to an onsite work schedule.Responsibilities:Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identificationCollect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissionsAssist with administration of sales compensation plansResearch commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests and resolve them timely and accuratelyAdminister, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contestsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representativesCommunicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representativesPrepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reportsDevelop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvementRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively Strong business acumen - ability to independently work to explore and understand business contextSelf starter attitude with problem-solving capabilities and proven ability to achieve resultsProficiency in Excel, Access, preferred working knowledge of Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, SQLWorking knowledge of performing sales commission calculations and creating sales analytics reportsKnowledge of the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed care a plusAbility to communicate effectively and work well with various functional departments and levels of leadershipOutstanding detail-oriented analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlinesComfort with and confidence in working in a fast-paced sales environmentPreferred experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software such as SAP Success Factors or similarApplication window closes: 08/15/2025 Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Eastern Time All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
