Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive timely updates
  • Emailing responses to customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborating with our Help Desk team to resolve complex issues and provide support to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual support
