Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and authorized third parties.
  • Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and third parties, ensuring that their needs are met in every interaction.
  • Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information, and ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Meeting established department standards for call volume, average call handling time, and effective time management, and consistently delivering high-quality service to our policyholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our policyholders.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A quiet and professional home office environment, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone for VPN access.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or similar role where daily phone interaction is essential.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preference for individuals with remote work experience, although not mandatory.
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speed (hard-wired connection is necessary).
  • Possession of a smartphone to access the VPN.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.

Career Growth Opportunities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive training aimed at enhancing your skills in first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction, paving the way for potential career advancement within the company. Our training program includes:

  • A full-time training program lasting 2-3 weeks, conducted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
  • Availability for training during the weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST is required.

Post-Training Schedule

Following training, you'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is available.

Equipment

A smartphone is required for VPN access, with all other necessary equipment provided by the company.

Employment Type

This is a full-time remote position, welcoming candidates from across the nation, with some exceptions.
