Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth. Your expertise in technical program management, data analysis, and process improvement will be essential in driving the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics)

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

* Excellent technical program management skills, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement through data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, data visualization, and machine learning
