storyboarding

  • *Key Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the Junior Instructional Developer to design and develop high-quality online courses.
  • Create detailed

storyboards

outlining course structure, activities, and assessments.

  • Build and publish interactive and responsive eLearning content using

Articulate Rise 360

and

Articulate Storyline

.

  • Manage and track

multiple course development projects concurrently

, meeting all milestones and deadlines.

  • Upload and organize courses in

LearnDash

, ensuring seamless learner navigation and performance tracking.

  • Convert existing instructor-led or legacy courses into modern, self-paced eLearning experiences.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing for content accuracy, accessibility, and technical functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to monitor timelines, report progress, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Mentor and coordinate tasks with the Junior Instructional Developer to maintain production consistency.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, version control, and file management.
  • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or equivalent experience.

Proven hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline.

Experience developing and publishing content in LearnDash (WordPress LMS).

Strong storyboarding, project planning, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple course development timelines simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • *Preferred Skills:** • Graphic design or multimedia editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia).
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of LMS administration and reporting.
  • *Key Competencies:** • Creativity and innovation in instructional design.
  • Technical proficiency with eLearning tools and LMS platforms.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

  • Regular collaboration with the Team Lead and Junior Instructional Developer via video meetings and project management tools.
