What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries: Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Conducting research using available resources: Utilize available resources to provide accurate information to callers, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues: Recognize when a caller requires additional support and escalate complex issues to the research team as necessary.
  • Completing required administrative work: Maintain accurate call logs and complete required administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
