Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
  • Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in the streaming services industry or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to comprehend and apply complex data
  • Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
