The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional phone support to our clients' customers. You'll be working with some of the coolest clients around the world, including the NFL, Vimeo, and Topps. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and provide a positive experience for our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional phone support to customers in English and Spanish

  • Assist customers with product or service-related queries
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

* Professional English proficiency, with Spanish as a second language

  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Customer service-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good de-escalation skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Quiet place to receive phone calls and a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset and willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
  • Previous phone experience is preferred, but not required
