Experienced Full Stack Sr. Manager of Forecasting – Global Customer Service Capacity Planning

The Role

As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will help us generate cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. You'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed. Your expertise in forecasting, data analysis, and team leadership will be essential in driving business results and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and deliver contact forecasts that drive accurate capacity planning and improve customer service levels

• Lead a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, providing guidance and support to ensure successful forecasting and planning
• Develop and implement forecasting techniques and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with senior CS leadership to identify drivers of forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives
• Manage team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performers
• Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in data analysis and team leadership
• Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner
• Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience

• Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization
• Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization
• Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
• Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn
