Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, video calls, and live chats
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your knowledge and expertise to guide customers through complex issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
  • A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups
  • High-level professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients' customers, you'll need:

  • A CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors
  • Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
