Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and prosecution of US patents
• Patent opinions and patent portfolio management
• Due diligence and licensing
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's patent practice
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve cross-selling opportunities Technical Background We are looking for candidates with a technical background in one of the following areas:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Organic Chemistry
• Molecular Biology Requirements Essential Qualifications
• At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience
• A portable book of business of at least $150K
• USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys)
• State Bar registration (for attorneys)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multiple areas of intellectual property, including patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation
• Strong technical skills in areas such as electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering
