In this role, you’ll be a critical partner in optimizing and supporting our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems—driving efficiency and enabling seamless business operations across the organization. As a key contributor to strategic transformation, you will leverage your expertise in ERP platforms, business process analysis, and system integration to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data integrity, test system changes, and support organizational change management efforts while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen system reliability, and empower teams with tools that accelerate innovation and enable scalable growth. Principal Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep knowledge of system architecture to envision and implement enhancements—whether through new interfaces, optimized functionality, or improved data flows—that elevate business performance.
  • Transform business challenges into smart solutions by analyzing and defining system requirements that drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead collaborative problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and innovation to resolve complex business and system issues.
  • Craft clear, actionable documentation of business processes, requirements, and test scenarios ensuring transparency and precision throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technology by translating requirements into system designs, partnering closely with development teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Champion adaptability and growth by embracing additional responsibilities that support the success of enterprise initiatives.

  • Apply advanced knowledge of SAP functionality, design principles and industry best practices to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Tackle complex challenges through deep analysis and creative problem-solving, shaping policies and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Work independently with significant autonomy, exercising sound judgment to define objectives and approaches.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Make decisions that matter—your expertise directly influences organizational success and resource optimization.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 5+ years with bachelors or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
