Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, while also handling data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to our patients and clients. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25-$35/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our patients and clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information
  • Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and enter information into our systems
  • Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
