The Role

As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and internal members, handling live chat and email inquiries with ease and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).

  • Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
