Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Backend Focus) to join our Software Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in software development activities and long-term initiative planning and collaboration across the Method & Transformation (S&T) organization. You will assist the end-to-end software development process and deliver high-quality software as part of the DevOps process.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the vision and guide a team of engineers to build and support digital products and services (DPS) across S&T core priorities.

• Collaborate with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Records & Analytics, Rising Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering groups to deliver the digital products portfolio.
• Help software development method utilizing industry requirements. Create a roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business needs and strategy.
• Help increasing DPS skills via a customer-obsessed, offerings-driven digital solutions platform that leverages statistics and AI to deliver automated and customized reviews.
• Help hassle solve transport impediments, risks, issues, and adjustments tied to the engineering initiatives to stakeholders.
• Engage with key business partners to advocate solutions that great meet the strategic wishes of the business.

Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of applicable software development and engineering management experience.
• Three+ years of experience on architecting fault-tolerant, high-scale distributed structures.
• Commanding understanding of data systems, algorithms, and object-oriented design (OOD).
• Understanding in Java and Spring / Springboot atmosphere, Junit, backend microservices, serverless computing, growing relaxation API's.
• Experience with undertaking critical, 24x7 structures.
• Enjoy with high-throughput cloud native distributed structures.
• Experience imposing and eating large-scale web services.
• Deep expertise of machine design sample.
