Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate to join our office team. As a vital component of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments with customers, and maintaining an organized system. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and respond to customer needs through email

• Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
• Maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording services and account changes
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements

* Customer service experience

• Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
• Great communication skills, with the ability to relay information in a direct and understandable way
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions to challenges
• Highly organized, with the ability to produce orderly, precise, and efficient work
• Career-oriented, with a desire to advance in the customer service industry

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Knowledge of HVAC services and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
